Selling process

1. Send us a picture of your product against a white backdrop via WhatsApp or Instagram with your desired selling price and details of the product.

2. Once your product is verified, we will upload it on our website.

3. Once your product is sold, choose a pick up or drop off option to our warehouse. 

4. You will get paid via bank transfer 2 weeks after the product reaches its new home.

5. Please note we will deduct a 20% commission plus delivery cost from your selling price.

Fix the right price 

We highly recommend you to set a fair price for your product based on its usage and condition. Following is a pricing guideline that we would suggest. 

Brand New (Sealed or with tags)- 70% of current market value.

Used - 50% of current market value.

Heavily Used - 35%-40% of Current Market Value.

Do note that we deduct a 20% commission of the sale price + shipping cost of the sale price.

Photography guidelines

1. Photograph your product against a white backdrop without any clutter.

2. Try to get at least three good shots of the product from different angles.

3. Please photograph any signs of use the product may have.

4. Shooting a clear 360º video will make your listing stronger.

Make the sale

1. Once the sale of your item is processed (once your item is sold), we will inform you via your contact details given. 

2. If any particular item is no longer available for sale, please inform us via email/ WhatsApp immediately.

3. In case your item doesn’t find a buyer within 60 days, we will assist you by reviewing your listing.

Get paid

Once the product reaches its new home safely, your payment will be made by bank transfer within 2 weeks.
