Shipping

  1. Each of the products sold on Mamas Marketplace may have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you.
  2. Please note that delivery charges vary for different products. Our website indicates a flat rate. However, charges for bulky items will vary and will be communicated via WhatsApp/call.
  3. Once your order has been confirmed by a customer, it is sustainably packaged with love & care.
  4. We endeavor to reach your products to you as per the guidelines below
  5. For shipping within Karachi time is generally 4-7 working days while other cities could take up to 7-10 working days to reach
  6. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 
  7. Mamas Marketplace cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Returns

  1. We have a strict NO return policy. All sales are final.
  2. Please check the condition of the product thoroughly and we welcome any queries you may have!
  3. Incase of any undisclosed damage, please do inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Reach out to us via email/ WhatsApp  - with images & videos after which our team will review and get back asap! However, in  such cases please ensure.
  4. The packaging is maintained.
  5. The product remains unused.
  6. Lastly we may ask you to ship the product back to us for closer inspection. Please note you will have to bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  7. As these are preloved products please do understand that you may expect some wear & tear, although they have been through a strict verification process and all original images are shared on the website.
